Jesmonite AC730 is made up of two parts: an acrylic liquid and a blended base. These are combined in a 5:1 ratio to produce a thick, paste-like liquid that solidifies in 4 to 6 hours. The finished product reaches full strength in 24 - 48 hours after the curing procedure is completed.
